1. All requests for returns must be made to an authorized Chem Oil sales representative no later than 30 days after the invoice of said material. Requests for returns after the 30 day period will be subject to management's approval.

2. For return requests on products in good and saleable condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply with the return freight at the buyer's discretion or cost. Waiver or modification of the 25% restocking fee is subject to management's approval. 

3. All returned product is subject to inspection and must be in new and saleable condition. Credit or replacement of returned product is subject to approval upon return and inspection. 

4. Requests for the return of products claimed to be damaged, in poor working condition, or otherwise unsaleable within the conditions of our warranty period will be accepted for store credit or replacement, but subject to approval by Quality Control and Engineering departments.   

5. A return request for products received in error on behalf of Chem Oil will be replaced and/or credited in a timely manner at zero additional cost.
